The Mecanica collection is an assembly of various contemporary works of Mecanic Art, with an intention to give a fresh and modern perspective to this artistic movement, that was born over a century ago.

A selection of paintings of today’s most representative artists of this movement -including artists such as Peter Klasen, François Vanaret, Patrice Kauffmann, Hervé Nys, Hideki Yoshida, Alain Bertrand, Fernando Costa, Noir Mat, Yann Penhouet et François Bruère – are on display, offering visitors a dialogue between the past and the present, as one journeys through historical works of art exhibited through the Museum of Mecanic Art.
